ILoveBoobies Goals:
Being fairly new to the ILoveBoobies Team, this remains a personal journey of discovery and I am consciously looking out for the places where I can make a difference. Whilst raising funds for this amazing cause is important, it is equally important for us to talk about breast cancer, educate South African women and girls to lead healthy lives and create safe spaces for women to be their authentic selves, share their stories and feel comfortable to speak their truth. ILoveBoobies creates a platform for all of this to happen; I love fielding the chirps when I wear my kit, leading to fabulous conversations and meaningful connections. I love that the girls I teach, from tiny tots in Grade R to young women in Grade 7 feel more and more comfortable to speak about breast cancer and promote ILoveBoobies in our community. They wear their socks with pride!
