Every October, thousands of South Africans come together to move for a cause that matters — and this year, you made the Imagine Challenge 2025 our biggest and most impactful campaign yet.
The Power of Collective Movement
From runners and cyclists to swimmers, gym-goers, and hikers — 11,000 participants joined forces to raise awareness for breast cancer and fund life-saving screenings for women across South Africa.
Together, you logged a phenomenal 160,000 sport activities, proving that when we move with purpose, change follows.
Run, Walk, and Hike led the way with an incredible 90,000 uploads, followed by Gym and Cycling challengers who kept the energy high from start to finish.
A Social Wave of Awareness
The Imagine Challenge wasn’t just about physical movement — it was a digital movement too.
Across Facebook and Instagram, our campaign reached 16 million views and sparked over 28,000 interactions, spreading messages of hope, empowerment, and early detection to every corner of the country.
On Strava, our community thrived with 8,540 members posting 9,424 activities, turning fitness tracking into a powerful tool for awareness.
Impact That Changes Lives
Thanks to your passion, generosity, and dedication, the Imagine Challenge raised an incredible R6 million — directly funding 4,000 free breast cancer screenings for women in underserved communities.
Each screening means another woman educated, empowered, and given access to life-saving medical care.
You Didn’t Just Imagine — You Made It Happen
Every kilometre, every push, every post made a difference. Together, we are breaking barriers, normalising conversations about breast health, and creating lasting impact — one step at a time.
Thank you for showing South Africa what it means to move for change. 💕
