Just a little heads-up — we’re a tiny but mighty human team (not AI bots!), and during the first week of the challenge, things can get a bit busy. We promise we’ll get back to you, but we may need a little extra time to reply.
Help us help everyone faster: please choose one way to contact us — WhatsApp or email — so we don’t have to reply twice while someone else is waiting.
We’re online for queries from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. After that, we hang up our superhero capes and get some sleep. Don’t worry, your message will be waiting for us, and we’ll be back in action the next day!
