Movement that saved lives
2025 was our biggest year yet.
Together, our community turned movement, merchandise and events into life-saving breast cancer screenings for women in underserved communities across South Africa.
Here’s what we achieved together.
The numbers that matter
• 3,000+ women screened in 2025
• 14,500+ women screened since inception
• R6 million+ raised through the Imagine Challenge alone
• Screening services delivered across Western Cape, KZN and Gauteng
Early detection saves lives — and this community made it possible for thousands of women.
Events with purpose
Imagine Challenge 2025
Our global movement challenge reached record participation:
• 11,000 participants
• R6 million raised
• 4,000 screenings funded
Thousands of people moved, trained and shared their journeys — proving the power of collective action.
Across major events like the Cape Town Cycle Tour, Two Oceans Marathon, Cape Town Marathon and Absa Cape Epic, runners and riders turned finish lines into impact.
Merchandise that funds screenings
Our model is simple: commerce funds compassion.
In 2025 our community wore the cause proudly:
• 23,739 pairs of socks
• 1,744 active tees
• 952 cycling jerseys
Every purchase helped fund free screenings.
Project Dignity — Bra Campaign
14,000+ bras collected
Every woman attending our screening programme receives bras as part of Project Dignity — restoring comfort, confidence and dignity.
What began as a small campaign has grown into a nationwide movement.
Bringing healthcare closer
Our mobile screening teams travel to communities where access to healthcare is limited or unaffordable — removing barriers and creating access to early detection for women who need it most.
Looking ahead to 2026
Next goals:
• Screen 4,500–5,000 women
• Launch a long-term early detection research project
• Expand partnerships and grow participation
• Scale our screening services nationwide
Thank you
Every entry. Every purchase. Every kilometre.
