Secret Swim - 18 new venues - Women's only breast cancer event
This past weekend, ILoveBoobies joined @shawco_uct and @res_healthcare at Hangberg Sentinel Primary School in Hout Bay for a life-changing community healthcare day. With over 424 patients receiving care—from dentistry to diabetes testing, TB, HIV, and an on-site pharmacy—our screening team provided 169 free breast health checks, referring 13 women to SCP Radiology for immediate follow-up.
Days like these remind us that access to healthcare should never mean hours in queues or days of lost wages. Together, with the incredible volunteers and partners who give their time so generously, we’re making sure no woman gets left behind.
From first screening to diagnosis, this journey took less than two weeks. What could have been a 2-year wait became a rapid, life-saving pathway to treatment.

Gently-used Bra campaign, Tote Bags and special partnerships that make a meaningful impact.
As part of our continued commitment to dignity and empowerment, each woman received two bras, lovingly selected from our Gently Used Bra Campaign. It’s always heartwarming to witness the smiles and quiet confidence that comes with something as simple — yet deeply personal — as a well-fitted bra.
Riding for a Cause
ILoveBoobies was proud to be part of the Absa Cape Epic once again, leveraging the race’s global platform to drive awareness and raise funds for early breast cancer detection. Our dedicated riders, corporate partners, and supporters came together to champion a cause that goes beyond the finish line—saving lives through accessible healthcare.
